Judge Diane Strickland provides mediation services through Dispute Resolution LLC in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, Washington D.C., North Carolina and Florida. As a neutral, impartial mediator, she assists and facilitates two or more parties to a controversy in reaching a mutually acceptable resolution of their controversy.  The parties are represented by lawyers and all memoranda, work products and other materials and communications made in connection with the mediation are confidential. The resolution is set forth in a written agreement, reviewed and signed by the parties and their counsel, and forms a binding legal contract. The mediations are conducted either at the office of one of the attorneys or remotely with Judge Strickland serving as the host. The duration of the process ranges from several hours to several days depending upon the complexity of the case and the number of parties and attorneys involved.
