Judge Diane Strickland, provides mediation services through Dispute Resolution LLC in Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina and Florida. As a neutral, impartial mediator, she assists and facilitates two or more parties to a controversy in reaching a mutually acceptable resolution of their controversy.  The parties are generally represented by lawyers and all memoranda, work products and other materials and communications made in connection with the mediation are confidential. The resolution is set forth in a written agreement, reviewed and signed by the parties and their counsel,  a binding legal contract. The mediations are conducted at the office of one of the attorneys with a duration ranging from several hours to several days depending upon the complexity of the case and number of parties and attorneys involved.
