Judge Strickland’s mediation fee schedule applies to pre-mediation communications, preparation, mediation, and follow-up.

Remote mediations  –       $370/hr.    No extra charge for hosting

Local Mediations  –          $420/hr. 

Counsel for each party shall be responsible for a proportional share of the fee, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
